Come hike with us at Mashamoquet Brook State Park in Pomfret, Connecticut! We’ll explore the historical sites of Wolf Den and Indian Chair. This moderate hike features some elevation gain and rocky paths. Expect a hike lasting over two hours, covering a distance of 3.5 miles.
- Meeting Point: Trailhead at 268 Mashamoquet Road, a quarter mile from the park entrance.
- What to Bring: Comfortable hiking boots/shoes, water, light-colored clothing, and tick protection (like permethrin).
- Post-Hike: Remember to check for ticks. Send us your favorite photos to post on our new website!
