DCLT sponsors a speaker series on an annual basis. This year, we will host a mushroom foraging expedition led by Jonathan Kranz. This walk and talk covers the basics of mushroom habits, identification, and ecology. It will also help prepare participants for safe, exciting forages of their own. Jonathan is an expert mycologist, Mass Audubon Certified Field Naturalist, and vice president of North America’s oldest mushroom organization, the Boston Mycological Club.
