LIZA MORAN, PRESIDENT
Liza was born in New York City and raised in a tiny farm town in western Connecticut, Liza came to Massachusetts by way of Wellesley College where she received her BA in classical studies. Liza believes in giving back to the community. She became a Certified Master Gardener in 2015 and does volunteer gardening regularly. Liza is a member of the Mass. Audubon Society, the Sierra Club, and the Appalachian Mountain Club.

HEATHER RADCLIFFE, VICE PRESIDENT
Heather grew up in Oxford and is now the proud owner of an amazing Dudley farm that she is bringing to life with her husband and three kids. Heather joined DCLT’s board in 2024 after working in the environmental field. She worked for NEIWPCC for 11 years and last served as the director of water resource protection programs and the organization’s staff attorney. Heather holds a J.D. and Master of Environmental Law and Policy from Vermont Law School .

PAUL WIELOCH, TREASURER
Paul has lived most of his life in Dudley. He has always had a strong interest in the land. There has always been a strong tradition of conservation in the Wieloch family as evidenced by the donation of some family land to the Wyndham County Land Trust. Paul has been a member of the DCLT since 2005.

LISA MCINTOSH , CLERK
Lisa is a recent transplant to Dudley, drawn to the quiet, rural communities of central Massachusetts. She received a BS in biology and MS in environmental science. Since graduating, she works as an environmental toxicologist who has spent her career cleaning up and restoring contaminated lands. When not at work, Lisa is busy in the garden, dancing, and spending time in the great outdoors hiking and camping.

SANDRA PETERSON, BOARD MEMBER
Sandra earned a BA in English from Northeastern University and became an RN in 1978. From 2004 to 2014, she served as the President and board
member of the Dudley Conservation Land Trust. She serves on the steering committee of the Mass. Land Trust Coalition, and is a member of the Massachusetts Audubon Society. Her commitment to land conservation is evidenced not only in her work with the DCLT but also in her personal life.

ANDREW MCINTOSH, BOARD MEMBER A relative newcomer to Dudley, Andrew feels that preserving open space and making recreational areas for people to enjoy are very important. After moving to Dudley, he began exploring the many trails of the DCLT network and soon after began supporting it. He is currently a Planned Giving officer at College of the Holy Cross and has held positions in community development and trust and estate management in for-profit and non-profit organizations.

DCLT is an all volunteer 501(c)3 land trust responsible for stewarding almost 350 acres of conservation land in Dudley and Oxford.
